Pulse Bomb is further made unique by the fact that it is Tracer’s only Heroic ability, making her the only character to wield a single such attack. Tracer can recharge her Pulse Bomb by dealing damage with her basic abilities. Upon hitting level 10, Pulse Bomb can be upgraded to a Sticky Bomb, which has a greater explosive radius and can slow enemies Quantum Spike, which deals more damage to a single target or Pulse Rounds, which increases the throwing range and allows for faster charging. Unlike other characters, Tracer gets access to this ability at level one. Pulse Bomb is Tracer’s sole Heroic ability, which sees her toss out a sticky explosive at any foe. (Heroic) Pulse Bomb: This is where Tracer stands out from the rest of the game’s cast. Perfect Defense reduces the cooldown of Deflect, which is Genji's only defensive tool and as such which is crucial to his survival during team fights. This ability is not only meant to escape hairy encounters, but it will also undo most damage taken, leaving Tracer mostly as she was at her prime recall point. This Talent is great, should the enemy team consist of enemy Heroes with hard-hitting Abilities such as Li-Ming or Chromie. (E) Recall: Recall allows Tracer to jump back in time to wherever she was standing seconds before.
